Itinerary

Day 1 Monday - Warsaw

Lunch

Dinner

Begin an unforgettable journey with your flight/s to Warsaw (Flights not included in the tour cost).

  • 10:00AM Arrival in WAW
  • Start with a walking tour exploring the Warsaw Ghetto by foot and visit the Ghetto Heroes monument, the Umschlagplatz, and the Old Jewish cemetery.
  • Lunch
  • Visit the Polin Museum to explore the thousand-year history of Jews in Poland through interactive exhibits and personal stories with a local guide.
  • Arrival in the hotel, check in and enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant with an optional Klezmer performance.

Day 2 Tuesday - Treblinka and The Shtetl: What Was Lost.

  • Drive to Tykocin (2 hours) and visit the restored synagogue, a historic site reflecting the rich Jewish life that once thrived in the region.
  • Continue to Lopuchowo Forest to honor those murdered and buried in mass graves by the Einsatzgruppen
  • Stop for lunch at a local restaurant on own.
  • Finish the day at the infamous Treblinka Death Camp and the memorial and pay our respects to over 800,000 Jews that were murdered. Learn about the history and victims of the camp.
  • Dinner in a local restaurant

OVERNIGHT: Radisson Collection Hotel (5*)/ Radisson Sobieski Hotel (4*)/ Warsaw

Day 3 Wednesday - Majdanek and Travel to Kraków

  • Early morning departure by bus to Lublin/Majdanek (2 hours)
  • Majdanek Concentration Camp Visit– Guided tour of the Majdanek Concentration Camp, including the barracks, gas chambers, and memorial.
  • Stop for lunch at a local restaurant on own.
  • Drive to Krakow (3.5 hours)
  • Stroll around Kraków’s Kazimierz district (Jewish Quarter) and dine at a Jewish restaurant with traditional music. Reflect at the Ghetto Heroes Square
  • Visit the Schindler’s Factory Museum.
  • Dinner in a local Jewish restaurant with optional Klezmer music performance.

Day 4 Thursday – Auschwitz & Birkenau and Departure to Israel

  • After Breakfast and hotel checkout- make sure to pack a carry on for Friday with a set of clothes. a 2-hour drive to Auschwitz I-Birkenau, the original concentration camp. Continue to Auschwitz II, the largest extermination camp established by the Germans. It was a complex of camps including a concentration, extermination and forced labor camp.
  • Packed Lunch
  • Visit the Synagogue of Oswiecim, located just minutes from Auschwitz-Birkenau.
  • Visit Wieliczka Salt Mine (Time permitting), UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for its underground chapels and intricate salt carvings.
  • 5:00PM Dinner at a local restaurant in Wieliczka and head to the airport at 7:00PM.

Day 5 Friday - Tel Aviv

  • Land in TLV and drive to the hotel in Jerusalem for refreshment and breakfast.
  • 09:00- 13:00 Guided visit through the City of David and the Western Wall Tunnels.
  • 13:30- 14:30 Stop for lunch.
  • 15:00- 17:00 Visit to Magen David Adom Center.
  • 18:00 Preparation for Shabbat at the hotel.
  • 19:00 Home hospitality by a local family, including Shabbat dinner.

Day 6 Saturday – Shabbat in Jerusalem

  • 14:00- 17:00 Walking tour of the Old City and the Kotel

Day 7 Sunday – Gaza Envelope

  • 09:00 After Breakfast and checkout, Head to the Gaza Envelope
  • 10:30- 12:30 Volunteer program in the South
  • 12:30- 13:30 Falafel lunch with soldiers in the South
  • 14:00- 15:30 Continue to the Re’im forest to visit the memorial site of Nova festival. Meet with a mother of one of the young men and women who were brutally killed at the Nova Festival
  • 15:30- 16:30 visit Tekuma site (the Car Wall site).
  • 16:30- 17:30 Continue to Sderot and visit The Founders’ Home to see a film about the events that took place in the city on October 7th. Continue to the Pillars of Eternity Memorial.
  •  17:30- 18:30 Visit Sderot Resilience Centre.
  • 18:30- 20:00 An Israeli Family hospitality in Sderot for Dinner.
  • Head to the Hotel in Tel Aviv for check In and good night rest.

Day 8 Monday - Tel Aviv

  • 17:30- Free time in Neve Tzedek, the first neighbourhood built outside the city walls of old Jaffa.

Payments
Credit cards are accepted for all deposits, insurance and air transportation. Final payments must be settled no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Registration
A deposit of $550 US per person is required to secure space on the tour.

Insurance
Travel insurance is the best way to financially protect you against the cost of unexpected emergencies prior and during your trip. Ask yourself “can I afford to lose my trip investment or pay for an unexpected medical emergency?” If your answer is “no”, then purchasing travel insurance is a smart choice. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Passports
Must be valid for six months from the date of your return. If you have a passport from another country, it is your responsibility to inquire at the Israeli Consulate if a Visa is required. Entry at the destination may be denied despite presenting the required documents.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days prior to departure. The deposit is non-refundable less than 90 days prior to departure. Land services are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if canceled between 45 and 22 days prior to departure, and 75% if cancelled between 21 and 15 days prior to departure. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to departure will result in the loss of 100% of the total package price.
