What kind of hotels do you use?
We use only beautiful, 5-star hotels throughout Israel. We offer you a selection of hotels for your individual tastes and we will help you select the best combination for you.
We always use the same hotels and therefore we get priority over the best rooms and best service for our clients.
Can we put 3 people in one room?
Yes
Can we put 4 people in one room?
Fire regulation, room sizes, and public facilities limitations, generally limits the number of guests per room to 3.
Can we upgrade to a suite?
Yes, but it is proportionally very expensive. You will be much better off in two adjacent or connecting rooms.
What airline do you use?
We will recommend the airline that is most suitable to carry you from your hometown to Israel.
The majority of our passengers choose El Al because the flight on El Al brings them closer to Israel the minute they board the aircraft. El Al's airfares are usually the most attractive.
We will assist you if you wish to book with points on any airline or to book your flight on the airline of your choice.
Can I fly business class?
Yes, you can upgrade to business class for an additional cost. Each airline has different upgrade costs.
What meals are included?
Daily breakfast, 1 lunch, and dinner (including several theme dinners) every day except for one (on the free Saturday). Like the hotels, all our meals are exquisite. We provide you with delicious meals to suit all tastes. We provide special care for participants with special needs and offer alternatives to please the kids as well.
Is the tour too active? Too fast?
No. This trip is designed for the whole family. Based on many years of experience the activities are well balanced. Your kids will have a smashing time while the parents and grandparents will enjoy participating and watching the children having such a good time. Our guides are trained to pay special attention to the kids.
Can we extend our trip?
Sure. You can stay in Israel for longer for no extra charge within the airline fare rules. We can book hotels or tours for you. Why not spend a few days in Eilat, Jordan, or Egypt? We can also arrange for you to do a tour in Europe or even Africa. Let us know what you want and we'll arrange a 5-star tour for you.
What do we do when we arrive in Israel?
You will be met at the airport by your driver who will take you to your hotel. Your guide will be with you for the entire rest of the tour. He is on call 24 hours a day, staying in your hotel, in case you have an emergency. Your guide won't leave you until you're back to the airport or off on your tour extensions.
Are the tours escorted?
We do not send an escort from North America as we see it as a total waste of your money. Instead, our guide and driver are with you "24/7" and our office in Israel coordinates your visits to places of interest and acts as a control center at all times.
What is the Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremony like?
Our ceremony takes place at Massada early in the morning while the weather and view are both breathtaking. Rabbi Romm, a native English speaker, is experienced and inspiring and turns the ceremony into a life long memorable experience. The Bar/Bat Mitzvah kids usually have an "Alliah" and read a specially assigned portion or a Dvar Torah as per your choice.

Meals that are not part of the tour, travel insurance, tips, airport tax ($20 - $50/person depending on the point of departure), and personal effects (room service, phone calls, etc.)
